Little Pokemon and breeding items are spotlighted while another event continues running.
A blink-and-you’ll-miss-it event is happening in the Wild Area of Pokemon Sword and Shield right now: adorable little Pokemon such as Munchlax, Togepi, and Pichu are featured in Max Raid Battles. According to The Pokemon Company, those battles will also feature items themed to breeding and pre-evolutions like the Everstone.
Ditto is also featured–it fits the tiny theme–making us think this is very likely a breeding oriented event. Why not? Pokemon leave eggs behind and it is Easter weekend. This is much less invasive than one Zipper T Bunny!
This tiny invasion runs only through to the 15th, though, so you’ll need to act quickly to load up on your pipsqueak Pokemon.
The marquee event of the month–featuring Gigantamax versions of Charizard, Copperajah, Garbodor, and Duraludon–runs through to the 27th.
