Two Avatars and a Fire Lord walk into a MOBA: Smite gains new characters
There’s really no punch line.
Free-to-play MOBA Smite is gaining a trio of new character skins but they come at a steep price. Characters from Nickelodeon’s hit Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra are joining the god-infused brawler as skins for other popular characters.
The Avatar x Smite Battle Pass comes in at $28.99 CAD and includes Avatars Aang and Korra as well as the future Fire Lord, Zuko, along with a variety of aesthetic flourishes. Because those additions are skins the pass also includes access to the necessary characters and their voice packs: Merlin, Susano, and Skadi.
The release follows Smite adding the mythical powerhouse Cthulhu and the recent renaissance of Avatar loved based on its Netflix release.
