Classroom mainstay has been remixed countless times.
If you, like me, are missing the regular sounds of school–from clanging lockers, to basketballs being dribbled in the halls, to the eerie silence of a teacher staring a student down–then one sound you might find yourself missing is the Kahoot lobby music.
We’re here for you. We miss it too.
If you’re musically inclined, why not make your own Kahoot lobby music? You can download the sheet music from their website.
Those who aren’t in to making their own music can surely appreciate the variety of remixes available on YouTube. They show up as options for those creating Kahoots but we appreciate being able to just listen while we work. There’s a jungle version. A Halloween version. And yes, even an 8-bit bop.
Looking to really get into the Kahoot song? You can find a version played on Fortnite’s music blocks or even in Minecraft. Need an Undertale inspired take? Yes, that exists too. There is so much Megalovania love it’s unreal.
In fact, it seems there’s even something of a sub-genre of Kahoot remixes: YouTuber zacj made a version of “Sweet Dreams” with the Kahoot song overlaid. Of course, the Internet being the Internet, they couldn’t leave well enough alone, fixing the tempo, adding Joker’s guns from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and…we don’t even know what this is anymore.
This is seriously what we’re listening to on repeat. School can’t get back soon enough.
