Unique embroideries and Poke Ball buttons make these offerings distinct.
A new collection of shirts is available through Original Stich’s collaboration with the Pokemon Company: Polos are now available. The new offering gives a little more flexibility in creating the perfect designs that can be used for work and home settings.
The polos aren’t as outright customizable as their dress shirt counterparts but they do have unique flourishes. Poke Ball, Great Ball, and Ultra Ball buttons can be used. The pocket can be customized with any of the Kanto fabrics or with one of 151 specially made Kanto Pokemon embroideries. They look like bead art up close but the images released by Original Stitch from a distance do make the monsters look recognizable from afar. Additionally, collars can be customized, although only their colour will change, much like the base fabric for the polos.
There is no word on whether Johto fabrics and Pokemon will be added at a later time.
Original Stitch’s designs aren’t cheap, with shirts starting around $85 a pop, and as of now are only available in Japan, United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
